Great blocks Patti! Love how they came out. You guys are gonna roll on the floor laughing when you see one of mine - can't remember the block number, but it's the one with the criss cross of melons. OMG, it's so bad it's funny! Anyway, I'll be posting when I finish my triangle, hopefully early this week. Two weeks to go until "catch up" week!! Woo hoo!!

I agree that it is awesome, but it is eye popping!

At first, for a second or two, I had a feeling of not doing things "right" or like Jane did, but I got over that after a couple blocks. I think all is fair (as in love and war) with this quilt. Whatever method/technique works for you, that is the right way for your blocks. Some of the most cleaver techniques have been borne from trying to simplify difficult seams.

Your blocks are great Shemjo. Everyones triangles are looking pretty perfect (yes yours too Pat). Each time I've looked at your triangle I think how did she get the top of this triangle so great! Your fabrics are popping against the tan background.
Doesn't seeing everyones blocks encourage you for the next week? They do for me.
