WOW! I almost missed the train. I am on board and chilling in the club car thinking of what fabric I want to use.

PBadder: Love your strong B's. Although you probably won't make it for this Valentine's day that pink and red will be perfect for next year.

Yup! You got it.

I think I would like to use a boldly colored fabric, then pull the various colors for the scraps from it. From your description, it seems like this will work. Am I on the right track?

You go, girl! Once you do a scrappy, you will be addicted, honest!

In all the years I have quilted I have never done a scrappy. I have a whole tub of scraps, so guess it is time to get out that tub and get to work on using them up.

That's too much info for today. So I'll just say -- if you set aside about a 4-1/2 to 5" piece you will be able to cut out what you need.

Judy-- what's the smallest scrap we can use?

Hmmmmm ... I guess maybe. You will be able to decide when you see next week's clue as we get started.

Not sure I want to do a super scrappy. Judy, will this work with two contrasting colours for your "scrappy" part and then two other complementary colours for the sashing and border?
