Thanks, Ronda, I did go look and I want to work up something quick to try.
Carrie, LOVE your quilt teaser! Your QAYG looks great! Thanks for the pics. That made much more sense. |
I have been going back and reading the thread about Jenniky's QAYG and I really like the Fun and Done method. I am making a table runner this weekend and I will try this method! Thanks for urging me on to check out the fun stuff!

It's finished!!!!
Well...after several days of headaches I was finally able to get to "the clubhouse" (my sewing shed) to finish my Rosie quilt! DH just got home from work as I finished and I needed to get inside so the picture isn't the best (didn't have time to hang nicely), but since most saw the blocks as I finished each one you know what they look like close up. I used a zig-zag SITD in the blocks and to finish the binding. |
CarrieM ... it's absolutely stunning! So fresh looking in the middle of winter, to give us hopes of spring to come. Will be a perfect year round quilt.

Carriem, your finished quilt is beautiful. I love the background blocks and sashing. You did an excellent job!

Now ain't that purdy? Great job Carrie!

Love your quilt Carrie - great colors! Congrats on getting it finished!
