Finally, here is my block! Just love it!
Beautiful JeanieG!! The softness of your strips and then the punch of contrast purple! And looks oh so spring-y!!!! Are you planning an expansion? or will it stay solo? |
Jeanie....gorgeous! Excellent fabric selection and placement.

Gorgeous JeannieG.

Love it, JeanieG. It came out just as it was supposed to. My center pinwheel doesn't stand out as much as I'd like but I'm sure not doing it over. :)

Haven't quilted long so I will have to look to see what the Carpenter's Star looks like. Sounds interesting.
So does "arnoldpalmers". So I'm thinking we'll have Alaskan Passions sometime soon. Learned about fusible batting today. With the piece I purchased (had a great discount) I will be able to finish 5 projects. But will have to get a walking foot for my Bernette tomorrow so I can start. Have 5 fabrics picked out for a Christmas "mystery". I can't seem to settle on another print to put in it. Can't wait to make it up and show it to all of you. Hubby is home from conference so will be working outside I hope this weekend. If it's nice Mom can sit outside in her wheelchair. Have a great evening. |
Everose which model of Bernette.....i have a couple of extra feet for the 65, that you can have.....mine is a 55 and these do not work for me.

Thanks so much Sunlite, QuiltE, Foxflower, works4me and whitepine!
QuiltE, I am going to use it as a table topper. If it is not big enough, I'll add additional border/s. |
I must have missed a post - who was talking about Carpenter's star? - never heard of that one. There is a carpenter's square on Quilters Cache that I like.
