Dotty, i like what you did with your blocks, perfect for the table. Looking forward to seeing your next color palette.

Girl, your blocks are looking great. I like your colors.

It is fun to see all the different color ways.

No, I did not paper piece it. Have not had time yet to go see how to do it. I know the bonus block (Triple Star) is paper pieced.... of course I can figure out how to do it without paper piecing!

have a question -- I'm trying desperately to NOT buy any fabric this year (except for special exceptions). But, I'm finding I'm having a problem finding enough variety of coordinating fabrics to continue to make more blocks down the road. Most of my stash is 1 yard cuts or less.

SO....my question is this -- is there a plan down the road for these blocks? Or, is it whatever we want to do with them? If there isn't a plan, then I'm good since I can make scrappy blocks and worry about how they're going to play with each other later.

I'll post pics of what I have done so far tomorrow. Had to recharge my camera.

Coxy's Camp, we talked about it and I liked it.

Whirling Star 2 from Quilter's Cache. Oh boy, this one was challenging. You can see my wonky trapezoids.

And now laid it all out on point. Not sure.

Friends suggested maybe black sashing...I am leaning that way, but still on the fence about on point or not.

LOL Dotty! I had a harder time with the "easy" block than the challenging.
