I love both your block and your mother's. I would probably have to do the ones like your mother. I really love hers.

I am hoping you are talking about my block, with my Mom's!! :D She loves to sew with me, but is limited on her skills, so we think i'ts just fine for her to make what's the easiest for her!! The fun is sharing it together. So I encourage anyone who would like to join us, having fun, to do so. Thank you for the compliment & I hope we see you sharing blocks with us soon!!

Wow the blocks are gorgeous. I have been making mine with all the same background fabric. I know that mine will be boring if I continue with that. Such opportunity for color. Now I wish I didn't use a cream background. What to do,what to do.

The part I find fascinating about this is how different and unique each block is made simply by the colors and fabrics selected. It's so fun!
