I would like to host a Snowmen (people)/ Snowflake/Santa block exchange.
Dates:
Sign up by [August 20, 2010]
Close date [September 30, 2010]
PM must Receive blocks by [October 5th, 2010]
All blocks mailed out by PM to participants by [October 15th, 2010] in time to make a christmas quilt.
Description:
12 1/2 inch snowman/snowflake/Santa block.
1 set = 12 blocks or a various sized blocks in multiples of 12.
You will receive back other blocks in same amount. None of your blocks will be return to you.
What ever size you send is what you will receive back. Example : If you send (12) 12.5 blocks you receive (12) 12.5 blocks in return, or if you send (6) 12.5 and (6) 3.5 blocks you receive the same (6) 12.5 and (6) 3.5 blocks in return.
Use a good contrast between snowman/Snowflake/Santa's and background. Blocks should be appliqued, embroidered or paper pieced or block pieced. This is not a swap with snowman, snowflake, Santa fabrics, although it can be used as a background fabric. Any questions please contact me.
Mailing Swap Blocks:
PM Lillie for address (Please include your address)
Seal Package with blocks, a self address envelope with postage for swap. ( What ever it cost to send is what you will need as postage on your self addressed envelope.)
