QuiltingNinaSue, we had your chicken enchilada dip over the weekend while we watched the game. It was so good, the boys loved it. Thanks again.

You are welcome, CindyA. Our sunshine child, middle one, we named Cindy. Not Cynthia, just Cindy Rae. Always had great ideas, and a quick smile. National Merit Scholar, and at graduation from University of Houston, Texas., Old President Bush grabbed her hand to shake and wish her well, surprised and scared her a bit. I guess since she was just five foot two, had blonde hair and blue eyes, she stood out in the electronic engineering degree line. Today, she is happily married, (to a guy that matches her IQ or exceeds it) and has our only grandson, who is five years old and very knowledgeable.

To put a smile on your face this morning, have a sample:Butterscotch chip cookies with a banana, Orange juice, butterscotch pudding and hazel nuts in them...plus a couple of Apple pies. You'all sample all you want with no calories!

Yummy, calorie free cookies feel good in my tummy. Unfortunately, cookies are one of the only things I don't like to make. I've made plenty of them in my day , though. Both of my boys liked to bake. They still do. Even though the oldest doesn't get much of a chance, because his fiance is a baker too, especially if it has chocolate in it. They are so funny together, they keep us laughing. They are getting married on the 25th of this month.
