Ok, besides the table being cleaned off, I did wipe down the kitchen.
I also sewed a couple rows for the Hugs and Kisses quilt.
Now, I have to start dinner......I DON'T WANNA!!!!

Oh, it's noticable...can't miss it. You see it the minute you walk in the door. SUCKS!
Oh well....
I got the table cleared off, kitchen wiped down and did vacuuming down on the 1st floor. Hubby will carry vacuum up to 2d floor so I can do that in the morning before I take Courtney to work.
Once I'm back with her from work, I'll disappear into my sewing room for a bit and straighten that up so I can sew more blocks.

Oh, I did get dinner made lol

I know JUST what you mean!
But look at all you got done anyway - at least you made dinner too - - - I had popcorn & some cheese for lunch yesterday, and my aunt had sent home about 4 meals-worth of yummy lasagna! oh well....

Since I retired a couple of months ago, I know this feeling. And I love it. I have one inspiration of my own. My favorite aunt Sally doesn't care what other people's houses look like but she's a nut about her own. She and her husband have a 2 br condo and she cleans every FRIDAY! Without fail. So when I need cleaning inspiration (read all the time), I tell myself "Aunt Sally will be here (from Minneapolis) in 4 hours!" That is enuf to get me off my butt! Then I put on "Shout" by the Isley Brothers and haul!!

I truly understand the I don't wanna............that has been me through the winter.........I work part time in nursing and we have to take an ACLS renewal every 2 years.......and I need to study instead of sewing and gardening on my days off.........and I don't wanna.........tomorrow is the test and I will be free for 2 hrs........hopefully I will be retired before it comes up again..........oh you guys will need me in your prayers to pass this stupid thing........I always do, but I am getting older, memorizing is getting tougher. Well I guess I better go hit the books..........

Terri, I know just where your coming from...I wonder why we sometimes lose our drive? Maybe you need a change of scenery, or a new project while you wait for all the Mimi blocks to arrive, hope you feel better soon!! :-)

Why do you think I am here rather than doing something constructive?
