Thank you Bella - you are so right. I didn't even realize I had done that until you just told me. Thank you - Yes, I lost 10 lbs - and I am going to lose 10 more ! Bella - you are just great for telling me that - THANK YOU!!!!!

Bella you are so right. Carol is one of the biggest supporters on this thread, and she can always find good, encouraging thoughts for everyone. So, if you lose 10 more pounds, that will be 20 and you are definately going to notice a big difference in how you feel, and how you look. Great job Carol. Keep up the healthy attitude and self encouragement. And remember to occasionally take a look to see where you were when you started, so you can see how far you have come. You are going to be able to find a beautiful outfit to wear to this wedding and you are going to look great in it. What's more you will feel great too. And you are going to love all of those whispers in your ear. . .

woo hoo!

I have lost 20 lbs. in the last 2 weeks! I am now back to my pre-pregnancy weight. Only 20 more pounds to go.

That's wonderful Rose! Only 20 lbs to go :D You must have been doing something right throughout your pregnancy. Way to go and glad everyone is doing well. Now you can officially join in with us to lose weight. Hang in there!!
