    Thank you for sharing such a WONDERFUL story. You, as his caregiver and lifetime partner, certainly faced many stressful moments during that period. I'm sure he has expressed many times that he couldn't have done it without you. May you two be richly blessed for many years to come.

    Karen, so happy for you both. Has all the infection gone and is he back on his feet again after the last problems?

    I'm so gald your husband is doing o.k. I too an an organ dornor. I can't take it with me, so others should be able to live on.

    Congratulations to you both I am an operating room nurse and have been involved in countless transplants; kidney, pancreas, heart, lung and liver. I is so good to hear how lives are changed by what we do every day. My best wishes.
