I did watch the show last night but there was no fabric or anything related to quilting.

No apologies needed on my part! I'm glad to have read about the show. Who knows, we might all learn an organization trick or two. Had the prson who started this tread not said something I would not have watched at all. Thanks for the post! :)

also, the right one should be coming up soon.....and that should
    be fun to watch.......

Don't be sorry for informing us.....we could have turned it off if we so desired. I sat and watched the entire show anyway........

OMG..how can anyone live like that?

other than my teenage grandkids ..... that is.....they can walk over the highest pile of clothes and not even realize it........

until the come to my house for a visit.......

I think that would be Hoarders   (the ones that live int he dumps) Sorry!

DH and I did watch last nights, was disappointed that it wasn't the one about the fabric.

However, I had an aunt that lived in a house like that. She passed away a few years ago but when I was a little girl I'd go stay with her during the summer for a week. There was always a path but man stuff was stacked high. It was clean as far as dirt so no mice, rats, or any of the other creatures that might made a presentation on a show like Hoarders  but she lived in an extremely cluttered home. My grandmother was not like that so I kinda always wondered where it came from.

I think it's wonderful that they did help this family so that the daughter could feel comfortable and well, welcomed in her parents home and could bring their grandchild and future grandchildren to live with them. Why wait til it gets to the "hoarding" stage??? Why wait til the creatures of all kinds start to move in??? Help people before it gets that bad! (although I think last nights home was on the boarder line of becoming that...especially with all the school supplies!!!)

It was not a rumor - TV GUIDE had that description for last night's show - just thought I'd mention it when I read it, sorry if I wasted anyone's time.
Not to worry.......we'll watch for the right episode. If it wasn't for you, I'd never have known to look for it!

I think it is going to be on Feb 21. The lady who had it done is on my Quilt Of Valor email. They keep changing the date but it will be on eventually. She said somehow in the confusion part of her Christmas tree was tossed out......lol.
