The lawn is starting to turn green, my flowering almonds (5) are in bloom, the trees are budding, my crocus have begun to "croak", and we are supposed to get between 1 and 3 FEET of snow tonight and tomorrow. That is Colorado for you. With a spring snow like this, it will break many a branch on our trees and bushes. Oh well, I don't have control over it, and perhaps I won't have to go into work tomorrow!!!!!

i used to live in Colorado. Your description sound just right. It couldn't seem to make up it's mind if it was spring or winter. Oh well, the mountains made up for it.

Oh gosh--that'd make me sad!! But the older I get the more I fall back on "there's nothing I can do so don't fret." Our crocus are out and the daffodils have just stadted to pop--but no flowering almond blooms yet.
We can get a few inches during "spring" but never feet of snow.
I'm sorry about the snow. :?
