It is a scam. First clue - send money for nothing. Second clue - poor use of English language & spelling. Very common with scammers from outside of U.S. Should be flagged as spam the Run...do not walk...run from it as fast as you can.

I'm with you May and I certainly hope no one actually is sending this creep a dime. I hate it when people try to take advantage of other people especially when times are so hard for everyone.
