Has anyone bought or heard about 'Reflux Remedy Report: 3 Common Items from Your Grocery Story' by Bob Barton? He claims to be able to CURE acid reflux without medication - and he guarantees your money back if you're not satisfied ($19.95). Not a lot of money, but I'm naturally skeptical of people that claim 'cures.' And I figure someone here MAY have heard something!

Haven't heard of the report, but there are home remedies for acid reflux.
As Moonpi said, apple cider vinegar is one, though it can aggravate the condition at first. it eases the reflux by improving digestion, but it's more acid in your system. (1 tablespoon of the vinegar in enough warm/hot water to make 1 cup)
The opposite remedy is just baking soda, which neutralizes the acid. Directions are on the box. If you have to restrict your sodium intake, check with your doctor about using it.
Tums is a major antacid - its active ingredient is calcium, so a glass of warm milk ought to help, too.

Don't waste your money or time trying any so-called remedies for sale first..... If you are really having a problem, go see a gastroenterologist (even if you have to have your primary physicianrefer you). The specialist will probably want to do an upper endoscopy (you are in twilight sleep so it isn't an awful procedure; the 15min will feel like 3). He can see if you have an ulcer from reflux or had one that healed and scarred. He may Rx a more effective med than you can get over-the-counter. If you have no physical findings of true acid reflux, he will still give you dietary advice and you can go back to trying remedies on your own. But it is really important to know if you are having damage done before trying anybody's for sale claimed remedies.

Thanks - my gastroenterologist has me on a morning med - and occasionally he has me take it at night, too. Currently, I'm on a VERY restricted, BORING diet LOL I was just curious about this report. Thanks.
