I use it too Ditter. It's in the reciipe booklet I have to go with "beating diabetes". I only use it in some baking goods like muffins. For everyday things I don't use any sugar or sweetner. I also use applesauce for baking to sweeten and moisten.

It won't make blood sugar level spike. It's seems to be great for diabetics. I like it with fresh berries and on oatmeal.

I like it. It's sweeter than honey & more effective (for me) for sweetening my morning tea. I like it because I can have more tea without the tummy problems that sugar can give me.
