    The photos aren't doctored, BUT... they aren't big horned sheep and it isn't Montana. :(

    Snopes.com came to the rescue again (http://www.snopes.com/photos/animals/buffalobill.asp) -- They're actually alpine ibex and they're crossing the Diga del Cingino (the Cingino Dam) in Northern Italy.

    Still pretty remarkable, though....
