My friend who loves my quilts and always watches out for cheap fabric prices for me went to Clarksville, Tenn. today. She said her first stop was going to be Harbor Freight so I gave her 20 bucks and asked her to see if they had the carpet blades and to get all she could with the money. She called and said they were $1.99 for a 2pk. so she grabbed 10 but when she got to the register they were $1.49 for the 2pk. she went back and got more. I got 24 blades for less then $20.00. I am so excited because I was down to my last blade and wm's are 5pk for $17.00, I was not gonna pay that. I was considering going back to doing all my cutting with scissors again but now I don't have too. YAY!!!!!

I am so glad you got the blades. Another good source is jhittle; he sells them 10 for $14.90. That's where I buy them.

Great buy! I wish our Harbor Freight ever had any of them. Every time I go in they're out! I've bought the carpet cutters for $3.99 and gotten the three blades out of those before too. You'll love the blades! I think they last even longer than the ones you get at the fabric stores.

In their bathroom department they also have grippers that work just like the Gypsy grippers but at a MUCH lower price. They come in various sizes/prices. You can get inexpensive metal tape measures for snap bags there too.

WOW, WOW, WOW!!!!! This was the first time I have heard of this store, I went on line to see if Dallas TX had one and we do!!!!!!!! I went over there yesterday, took my rotary cutter with me thinking I would by one pkg. and insert the blade to make sure it would work........yea!!!! They only had 5 pkgs so I bought them all. I also paid $1.49ea and an extra 20% off when I checked out. I have the Ginger rotary cutter and I have been paying $10 for one blade, never again thanks to you, I am soooooo happy and so is my pocket book!

    This is awesome, thank you
