Let's see -- Documented and proven -- Patrick Swayze and Linda Rondstadt (some type of cousins)

Not documented and thus not proven -- Thomas Payne (of Rev. War fame)

DH is related to the famous silversmith William Spratling

I'm like LogCabinLady--none on my side although my maiden name was Schott (GGF came from Bavaria)and there is the Schott glassworks over there (?). Have recently found lots on DH's family--three CW soldiers; at least 2 Rev War soldiers; a 3 time Pulitizer Prize winner--Roland Kirby; Amherst College Founder--Joseph Church; Hoff family been here since 1600's; and think DH is a Mayflower descendent as well. Hey can I help it I'm second and third generation American!
Personally love maryse's ancestors lol

I can't say that I have famous ancestors, but do have a notorious one. My great uncle (father's side) was a bookie during the Depression days in Chicago. He was a very good friend of Al Capone in those days LOL. Rumor has it that he had to pay Al Capone protection money.
Years later when my sister and I would visit our Uncle, he would let us play dress up with all of the jewelry and watches he had in several shoe boxes. Apparently, people would put up their jewelry and watches as collateral for their bets, and when they lost, my Uncle kept their valuables. We didn't know (at the time) why he had all of these things...we just thought he was the most fun! Never did find out what happened to all of it. My Dad wears an emerald ring to this day! A shoe box containing $10,000 cash was found when my Uncle died...he never did trust banks LOL.

On my mother's side I am a direct descendant of Joseph Smith of Mormon fame. My husband is a direct descendant of Brigham Young. Eeeeks, do you think we are related  Most of my family left the Church of Latter Day Saints years ago for the Lutheran Church.
