We had that sign up on our fridge when our kids were teens. They're in their mid-30's now. And now they understand!

I had that sign posted in a prominant place when my oldest was a teen. He's 43 now. We raised 7 kids, and now raising 3 grandkids, the oldest of which turned 13 yesterday, so I am ressurecting the sign. The grand-darlings we've adopted are 13, 9, and 7 so we'll be at it a long time yet.. Its been such a long stretch, that we've never really been without kids, so I don't know any better. I love them all, but there are times... My Mom used to say about my brothers and I, "I wouldn't take a million dollars for you, but I wouldn't give a penny for another one just like you!" Now I get it and AMEN to that.
