Any techies out there?
For a couple of days now, I cannot compose a new message in Hotmail or reply/forward an existing message. Yesterday, I sent an email to Outlook tech support (supposedly you receive a reply within 24 hrs.)....no reply yet.
Then today while on Amazon, I was unable to open a book ("Look Inside") to preview it.
We have IE, Windows 7. Never had this problem before.
Does anyone know how I can fix this? Appreciate your help!!

Not a techie, but have you tried to close everything and restart your computer? That was the first thing I used to try.
I had a lot of difficulties with IE. My husband had me download Google Chrome:

and I have used that without problems for a long time. I have both options in my menu; I just click on the Google chrome icon to roam the net.

Microsoft has announced a major bug with Internet Explorer. Recommend using another browser while they 'fix' it.

I prefer Mozilla Firefox on my PC and Google Chrome on my Samsung tablet. In Firefox, I also downloaded Adblock Plus to eliminate ads. HUGE difference! I will never go back to IE.

I have Windows 7 on my computer. I use Outlook 2010. I had a lot of problems and contacted Microsoft. They stated that they have a lot of Outlook working well with Windows 7. Tried the fixes they told me and did not fix problem.
