I don't like to exercise either, and rarely do. The problem is that once you begin to exercise you have to do it for the rest of your life!

My idea of exercising......turn on the Richard Simmons "exercising to the Oldies" video, sit back with a big bowl of popcorn and a soft drink and watch that work out!

    Ugh, yes!

I have exercised 115 days in a row right now. It kills me to do it everyday. Some days the only thing that gets me through it is having to report it on my blog every Friday. I know if I missed a day now, I'd hear about it!

I just started a new job and am really having an even harder time...

I rewarded myself for doing cardio and weights in the morning with water aerobics in the afternoon. I love water aerobics and the podunk town we live in now has no indoor pool. How dare they?

I have always hated to exercise. In elementary school I school I did my best to get out of anything that made me sweat or run or move. Now I'm in a wheelchair because of scoliosis and COPD. I wish I could move and exercise and lose some of these 300 lbs. Remember use it or lose it

I dislike exercise. The ideal situation for me would be to have my computer on the treadmill, where all the controls are. Then I could be on the QB while I walk.

I hate to exercise too. My biggest peeve is that I can work out for months and not see any noticeable results. Even if the exercise is supposed to give you fast results-I can't see or feel them. Makes it very discouraging.
Has anyone heard of T-Tapp? That's what I'm doing now. Supposed to lose inches and see results in days/weeks, etc.-me- nothing. Even when I was doing it everyday. Bummer!
