Anyone from the Redding/Chico, Ca area??

I've never actually lived in Redding, but have been through it, and it gets HOT!!!, Chico also gets pretty hot, maybe not AS hot, I would say head higher to the hills. I don't know if you have health concerns or not or financial concerns. But, before actually buying a place wherever you decide, you should spend quite a bit of time there.
