Apache tomcat?

I have been trying to upload pictures onto the board and I keep getting a screen that says internal error found. I have never had any trouble before, and don't know what this is even. My daughter -in-law did load some pictures from her camera onto my computer, could that have caused this? I am too illiterate to know. I can download from Picasa on my computer to my blog, but when I try to load onto here from My Pictures file, it won't let me.

Since I am on dial up, it takes about 15 minutes to load a picture.
I just loaded one in pda without any trouble, so it doesn't do it all the time. It never did this before yesterday.I will try to take a picture of the screen.

I placed this picture in a new file on my computer, and it took 13 minutes for it to load. If this is too hard to read, i will copy it the next time it happens, which i should have done this time.

I have that happen with my pictures if I don't put them into a host site first. Roomie says it has something to do with the camera and the settings in it.. I have no idea.. but I have to transfer pictures to a file in my computer, then from the file to the host site then they will show on the board when I link them.

It's most likely because the image files are too big. So if you are on a dial-up, the connection times out.
What you can do is resize the images before you upload them. That way, the files will be smaller and the upload will go through faster. That would minimize the chances of getting a timeout.
For example, the original image of your screen that you posted above is 3648px × 2736px (1.6MB). On the board, it gets automatically resized down to to 600px × 450px (22.61 KB). So there is no need to upload such large file in the first place, since it's going to be resized anyway.
If you resize it before uploading, the actual file size for upload would be around 70 times smaller. That means the upload would complete 70 times faster, and there wouldn't be any problems with timeouts.
