    Duvet,
I am not the boss, but you have it right. You can post your weight or not, according to your preference. Carrie will add you to the list of participants. At the end of the month, you will email Tru your total weight lost. She will announce the best loser. If you win, you will get lots of FQs in the mail.

We are on the honor system.

No matter how you lose, you win!

    Welcome aboard!

Good morning you gorgeous bunch! I am up early today because my son has been asked to tutor a group of 20 kids at school. He doesn't drive yet (that can NOT be a bad thing in a city this big), so I take him. Plus it gives me peace of mind as to his safety.

I am gonna do the TurboFire 15min HIIT disc today. I WILL be wrapped and braced.

Is there anyone who would like to trade an extra "push" this month? I am referring to a "Tru" kind of in your face accountability; where we give each other the right to scold each other for flimsy excuses, laziness, etc. I would like to trade personal emails with someone so that we can hold one another to the highest standards? My goal is to lose 10# this month by eating right and moving a lot. PM me if you are interested in me riding your ass.

I am also gonna quilt today. I am getting so close to being done!

MJ, you are a treasure! Love you girl.

    hugs............lynne

Tru, does that mean that by simply joining this months challenge that we can ALL rag on each other? Nothing discreet about this! I kinda figured, but was trying to be nice.

Lynne, you have my permission to ride my butt on this thread, if need be. I need all the "slap some sense into you" help I can get. I'm sure Tru welcomes the help to keep us all in line. So, you go girl. Slap me silly if I get off course. Get in my face, if I deserve it!!! Maybe if I get slapped enough or "read" you in my face enough, I'll get more of this weight off. You go girl!!!!

I hope everybody has a good day for making healthy choices. If not....better watch out for Tru and Lynne. Sandy

You know, I am starting a new way of eating and so far, so good. I feel, that if the diet works then I will continue, other I fear I will give up again. I am doing the 17 day diet and starting on the second part of the program. Now I am adding additional food and afraid it will stop working and that I will be tempted to , or do I say it, CHEAT. I have not cheated in the last 17 days and have lost about 14 lbs so far.
