truthfully, who cares about winning the FQ? and doesn't it just make people happy to just get FQ's in the mail. it's "gettin 'er done", that counts. mailed my green ones out today.

    I weighed 245 in mid June of 2010. I don't know what I weighed when I started, because I didn't own a scale. I now weigh 166. So I guess that's 79 pounds.

Tru made a very valid point, measure yourself. I didn't in the beginning, but I would get so down when I didn't lose weight it was hard to overcome. But when I started measuring myself, it was a reminder that I was getting smaller even when I wasn't losing weight.

Had planned to check back before now. I am took some Tylenol Severe Allergy pills that knocked me on my rear for 4 hours. I did do Turbo Fire, the 15 min High Intensity Interval Training disc and my knee already hurts. Gotta find something else to do.

Have a pleasant evening. I'll catch up on reading all the posts tomorrow.

I had lost 16 lbs but gained back 2. That's okay. I'm not beating myself up. I'm on the right track, just had a minor and temporary set back. We CAN do this and we WILL do this. It is so helpful to have this thread to come to and talk with all you ladies. Thanks, everyone, for being here!!!!! Hope you all get a good night's sleep. Sandy
