Count me in I have never done this before but have reached a point I MUST loose weight. I started my diet 3 weeks ago so have already lost the easy weight but I will try. Is this all I have to do to join??

starting weight as of today 174 I lost 4lbs since March 1. If I didn't gain while Jim was home I would have lost 7.....

Carrie you don't have to do the list today you have 2 mores days of sign up. Once again thank you for doing it. I get tons of PM of losses I can't keep track of a new list.

I'm so sorry for your loss. It must weigh heavy on your heart and mind.. I'm 68, show miniature horses in the spring and summer and hide in the house in the winter, Montana...
