Just for the next week, I WILL log in 4 bouts of exercise. Nag me about it! I want to get back on the weight loss ride!
OK MJ, your sweet ass is mine! I'm watching - don't you dare disappoint me.

Another crappy week for me. I've been sick since Saturday - can't keep anything on my stomach. I've lost 8# in 6 days and I'm trying to prevent getting dehydrated. Nearly killed myself doing laundry; I pushed my way through the fatigue. DH has mentioned his concern because it is always something with me. Other than being tired and light-headed, the only issue I have is throwing up. I have too much to do for this insanity.

Has anyone done any of the Exhale Core Fusion dvds? There is a 3-disc $20 special that I am looking at buying. I've watched several clips on youtube and I like the way pilates, yoga, strength training, and deep stretching are combined. I did go on a long bike ride Saturday before barf barf.

    Stay safe my friends.

I've lost the weight, the foot on the floor was a joke. It was actually weighing naked with my hand on the wall.

Glad your back, will try to post meals. Does creamer in coffee count, I think that I could do that?

Know what you mean. Sometimes I feel like I could stand with a foot on the floor on each side of the scale and it would still say I gained.

I know the feeling. The only problem is the lumps caused by hitting my head would add weight! It has taken me almost a month and a half to lose these last few pounds. At least Tru has a good figure to go with her weight loss.

Well I started an exercise program yesterday. It runs three days a week at the high school pool. It's water exercise. I thought you didn't feel pain with water exercise, I felt good during the hour of exercise but about two hours later I started to get real sore and stiff. I found muscles I didn't know I had! I'm going to keep going though and pray that it gets better. The other days I'm going to just lap swim or walk.

Haven't reweighed myself yet so I'm not sure if I lost any more weight, just trying to get started on an eating and exercise plan. My doctor sent me to a RN Diabetic Specialist and a diatition. They said I should eat five small meals a day and exercise regularly. If I stick to that my blood sugars stay stable. I just wish I would loose more weight.

Prayers to everyone hope you all have better day today.
