    Therese.......as for clothes fitting.......I have started to take out my skinnier clothes.......size 10/12.......yipppppppeeeee. It has been a year but I slacked off for a few months and now I am back. I never realized how much thinner a person looks losing 35 lbs. I have the darn belly fat I don't know how to start to get rid of that. I am doing 100 sit ups every other day and it hasn't helped.

    OK.......I haven't seen Missy I wonder if she is joining even though she knows she can't win. If she wants she could lurk and comment.

    I'm so happy for you! I know about that belly fat... I don't have anything that fits. Twenty # has even made my tops tighter. Gag. But I can do this. Thanks so much for your promising message!
