Thanks Tru. I can hardly breath and have a sinus headache but feeling better. The wind is blowing like crzy and all of the dust and pollen is making me ill.

Tru, I'm in the same boat as you, I seem to lose and gain back the same 5 pounds. I watch my calories, and I don't eat enough calories to gain weight so it has to be water. My calories are such that I should only lose a few pounds a month.

I'm back from the dead! Okay really I'm just back from tax season in an accounting office, but I feel half dead. This year really did me in, I guess it's the fibromyalgia or maybe having to take care of my dad, or maybe it's being old????? I have been lurking for weeks, but didn't even have the energy after work to think of anything to say. But I didn't gain any weight this year! Clients send us food and junk all month, the partners stock the office with candy and snacks (to keep us at our desk), and I usually eat my through the season. I was a pretty good girl and managed to resist most of it.

I am hungry I gave up meat for the entire week. I don't know how vegeterians do it. I did make blueberry muffins since there isn't any bread in the house. I still had cookies but I ate only 1. no chocolate cravings so the Easter candy is safe.
