Hi all-I'm still here and still fat. Did lose 1 1/2 lbs this week-yippee sh**!! Thanks to all the suggestions--whoever suggested the diabetic candy---bless you! It worked.

Just walked in the door and the dog is here! I can't believe it! The silly thing was in the house. My son and my neighbors both searched the house, the yard and the neighborhod. My husband thinks she was hiding in the house the entire time. Thank you MJ for your prayers. God is good!

OK people I am reading lots and lots of negative thoughts. We can do this and we are doing this. I know you are all venting and that is OK you need to vent.
So I am here to say some positive things.
You are all wonderful, beautiful women who God has made and he don't make garbage. You are there for others when ever you are needed. Some of you go out of your way to help others.
You are loved and your are great. Now get out there and do something positive. :-)
Please do not think I am Criticizing anyone. I know you are just venting but now you have to say something positive to pump up yourselves and others.

Had a great time the last couple of days. We (husband and I) went kayaking and hiking around the San Diego area. I ate to much, but I'll worry about it next week.
