I'm sure most of their clients are high end restuarants .........in LA and west coast.....that is the kind of apron I prefer....and have made myself! But probably the fab they use is a more durable weave than my cotton .......

My goodness!!! Some price for an apron!! I make this same style apron for our hospital auxiliary sale; they are reversible--Christmas pattern on one side, Thanksgiving on the other-- and come with 2 potholders. We sell them for $5.00. Theirs must be lined with gold!

I bet she sells them wholesale or similar, for a bakery who wants something special, that sort of thing. or to the person who wants to give a great gift to culinary school graduate or something like that. people with money who want to give a great gift to someone will pay top dollar.
