I had some nutri system meals. They are very good and I was surprised they were normal everyday foods but the portions per meal are small. That's the key, you eat less. Buy regular whole foods, eat less per meal, and save lots of money.

ok so yea all of those commericals are stupid and annoying, but the only real weight loss program, if you are looking for one that works is Weight Watchers. my mom and i did it when i was in high school and then i did it later when i found out that if i iddn't watch my weight i would become diabetic. it is the only one that you actually get to eat. they encourage you to work out, but don't force you to. and you really do loose weight. don't ever do south beach, i starved on it, you eat practially nothing for 2 weeks, so yea duh of course you will loose weight by being anirexic.....

Another thing is I have seen her she lives pretty close and she is short and a size 0 now. I just want to be a real woman and see a size 10 again.

I got down to 145 pounds for about 5 minutes and it was a struggle. I woke up thinking about food and I went to sleep thinking about food. Never full and therefore not too happy. One day I buried a fork in DH's hand because he took a mushroom off my plate. THAT was the turning point back to sanity. (well - sanity within reason, lol)

    Enjoy that chocolate.
no way kirsty alley could ever be 140 pounds. she was born more than that. my dd is 5'7", wears a 10/12 and is slim. she's a 34 DD, 30" waist, and 38" hips (i sew for her so i know). even she is 145. kirstie alley is a large woman. if she never ate another thing in her lifetime, she would weigh more than 140.

I agree! And a lot of them (especially the celebrities) are being PAID to do the weight loss and commercials! Offer ME some money to lose weight - bet I could lose it! Also, I HATE the "anti-aging" creams that they show being used on YOUNG girls with NO wrinkles . . . . . drives me nutzzzzzzzzzzz!!! Show someone who has wrinkles after they use the cream for a couple weeks, not someone who has no wrinkles to begin with !!! Okay, I need some chocolate, now, too!!
