We got our phone# 2 years ago this week. For all that time we have been getting collection calls for several different names. We tell the caller no one is here by that name and to remove our number from their computer. I seriously think people give out random phone#s for reference! One caller this week asked for a name I hadn't heard of before and swore that the person just called from our number...no way lady, don't lie...maybe you have a digit reversed?
I hope you come to a fast and reasonable solution to this long lasting problem.

You are going about this all wrong. If the lady is that stupid then take her orders when you get her calls and guarantee the moon to the customers at low price. She will change the number or go out of business! Let her figure it out. Don't say a word to her. Everyone here is so much nicer than I am after being nice two times and no results.
