I'm in the process of losing weight, so far it is 35 lbs. I'm using Weight Watchers and find that I need to exercise in helping to lose the weight.

I had never been able to lose weight until, purely by accident, I caught a PBS special with Dr. Joel Fuhrman...he also has a website and lots of FANTASTIC vinegars he sells. It may be a little harsh for some, it is pretty much vegan without bread, rice, white potatoes....but when I made up my mind to do it I was losing 1# per day until I was down 30#. Now I am losing about 1# per week and the diet is easy for me to follow although I will admit I have slacked up a bit because I enjoy a bag of popcorn occasionally. I think everyone has to find what works for them and we are all different.

Oh, I hear you! I have lost almost 20 pounds TWICE in the last 7 years. I have to do a VERY low carb diet to lose it (20g a day) to lose it and if I go over 25g I start piling the pounds on. I is VERY,VERY hard to to do this. And yes this has happened since I had a total hysterectomny 8 years ago.
