For those of you that have lost 30 pounds or more - have you kept it off for over 2 years???

Nope, lost 35 lbs then hit menopause. No changes in my diet but all the sudden the pounds piled on. Gained 20 lbs in 3 mos. This was about 18 mos ago. I felt betrayed by my body.

congrats to the losers. It seems like I look at food and it is on me. ever since menopause when I was 44. Now 62, getting more crippled up every day, because of the weight and not able to walk to exercise. some smart mouth drs say learn a new way to exercise. With both shoulders having isssues with torn rotator cuffs how do you do anything with them?

100 lbs, started two years ago, so have only kept it off a year...I used the tools on a free website with a licensed nutritionist.
