having issues with getting the ticker to work here..
i weighed myself this morning
204 lbs.
i need,scratch that,I WANT to loose about 25 total.
but i have decided to do it 10 pounds at a time. it is better FOR ME to see small victories that are in reach.
so my ticker, when i get it working, with have the 10 pound goal!
It is a new day!

the picture is from "my picture" koala bears craft project made with shells..found it on martha stewart web site. i saved the picture so my grandson and i can make one.
there was a second option on the ticker site..on the next page,of where you set yours up. i will relook at it and see if i can find it..
