Not sure I'm better - just have stopped getting worse. I will pick up some lemons and make a cleansing brew with lemon, cucumber, mint, cayenne pepper and ginger to see if I can get rid of some of this fluid. I keep thinking my socks are too tight and I don't have any one. My pants are very tight through the waist. I wonder if I have any elastic waist long pants?

I had to give up coffee for 35 years due to heart arrhythmias. Now I can have it again, but don't like it without flavored creamers so I just don't bother. I love tea, but for you, I will have just one cup of jasmine green tea today.

This is a great deal on a kitchen digital scale. If you are thinking of it, better jump on this price now.

Wow a hundred people? Ok, I'm in again. I know I said I wouldn't but dog gone it, that many fat quarters is really tempting.

When the stakes are highest it's easier to resist temptation....I just wish I had read this before I went to a meeting for work. It was so incredibly boring and they had so many snack foods that I really shouldn't have eaten.

Last month some of you were talking about B-12 shots. My sister had gasteric bypass a year ago (she's lost about 150 lbs). She take the B-12 tablets that melt under the tounge. I ready like that idea better than shots any day. So I got some last week. They taste good too.
