I think Winter Rose is a beautiful name. But shouldn't it be "Summer" Rose? LOL

    MJ, how are you today?

I am definitely better though my legs are burning and itchy. The swelling is gone from my eyes, lips, arms and hands. My left leg is halfway down and the right one is down a bit. They feel less like wooden stumps when I walk. Yay for me! The skin will take longer, but it's all to the good now. Half the fluid weight is gone.

Now to decide which dress to wear. If it's the peach one, I want to sew some beads on and I hate hand sewing.

I need to return to eating correctly today. I will put a breast in the oven as I am boycotting the rehearsal dinner. I got tired of my daughter complaining about how much it was costing her, so I told her ther'd be one less dinner to buy. I hate whining. Thank goodness only one of my children inherited that gene from their paternal grandmother. My ex husband had it, too, but not as bad as his mother.

Time to dehead flowers and walk the dogs. I think only one of those can be counted as exercise.

I am losing weight and getting healthier.

Baby name? I like the Rose. Lily Rose? I have a GGD named Willow Grace. Her mother wanted to name the new one Aspen. I asked her if she was planning a tree arbor. Lots of names ending in a here lately - GGDs Arianna, Eliza, Lila and my canine girls, Liliana and Moira.

Hi everyone, glad to hear some are really pleased with their efforts,
I thought I would have lost a bit but no change on the scales, I suppose its best to only weigh every week and not get dispirited.
For me hard part is feeding high calorie food to my underweight mum (who is 91 bless her) she only weighs 110 lbs and needs persuading to eat anything at allso mainly eats sweet foods . It beats me how we could be related at all really!!

melissa--i know exactly what you mean! my husband has recently recovered from cancer and needs to eat alot all the time. i'm using xylie's system and having frozen dinners and a salad. it's worked 11 lbs so far! that's 2 months' worth.(actually, i didn't lose anything in july).
blessings for you and your dm! you are a good daughter to take care of her!my mom will be 91 in october and fortunately my sister is willing and able to deal with her. but then she's a saint!(my sister, not my mother).
