AVATAR: something to be concerned about.?............

If it is a public domain picture of the smiley face, perhaps that person did not know it was your avatar when she first picked it. I mean, I don't know everyone's avatar on this board, it would be hard to. I use pictures of my quilts or flowers in my garden. I like people who have pix of themselves as their avatar. I haven't gotten that brave yet. I like your elephants.

I actually need to change mine as I do not live on the coast anymore - Boo Hoo!
You are the better person for changing it and your elephants are cute.

I don't think so. It isn't identical to any one else's. Changing pictures wasn't the issue; using the same one as another person was the issue, She's unique and a cute little thing! My granddaughters are all older. No babies to love on........dang!

some groups have set groups of avatars to choose from and that makes repeats. but so sorry someone took your personal one. not a good thing. at least you know she liked it!!
glad you found another one.

Elephants are WONDERFUL! I love them, especially the babies. Re: the other avatar, I could see that she might unknowingly copy yours, as we don't all read the same posts, but I'm surprised at her response when you asked her to give it up ... that you had it first. That's very odd!
