Thanks for all your reply`s, it is better today, Ibuprofin does the trick although I also go to the chiropractor sometimes.

Since I fell in tub a couple of weeks ago and hit my skull and neck on back rim of tub, know how you feel. It is getting better, but was swollen and briuised and ER said I would heal.

I am sorry. I didn't know that happened. Hope you are as okay as possible.

For this post: I had trouble with that until I got my chair adjusted to the table height. I now do everything sitting down.
Sewing, ironing, cutting. I just wheel from one table to the next. Made a tremendous difference for me. Good luck to you. Ibuprophen if you can take them may help.
