Just seemed like it would never end, didn't it? There isn't much damage here but lots of flooding in NSB from what they said on the news.

I hope that everyone is staying safe from the storms.

Ok, I was just reading all the posts and then this came to mind:

It's raining! It's pouring! The old man is snoring!...
but that's as far as I could remember...
dog gone it...I hate when I do that....... !!!!

Sun and spring are sure to come soon everybody.

Today we had Tornado Warnings here in the St. Pete/Largo area. We told the four kids to go hide in the bathroom and hall if we had to take cover. Well, the next thing I knew the kids had their pillows and quilts in the bathtub and all over the floors. They had their flashlights, a radio, chips, bottles of water in the sink, toys. They are 6,8,9,12 yrs of age. We did get lots of wind and rain, and the back yard is still flooded, but no real damage. Except for the mess they made.

It was a terrible day here, under a tornado warning for most of the day, heavy rain all day and storms and to top it off, three sections of our fence blew down.

It just arrived here. My BIL is north and more central than we are and got 9" of rain in 2 days. Most of FL was under a tornado watch today. I think we'll see the worst of it here at 1 or 2 am. We are in SE FL.
