BBQ's Who Knew
We are here in Yuma for the winter & no oven in our RV. Another RVer told me she bakes on her BBQ. So I tried frosen fries, good. Then tried muffins, great, Today I made banna bread on the BBQ. It was the best ( Pillsbury) I've ever made.

I bought a book called "Fix it in foil" (@ Camping World) as our RV has just micro/convection. I have not tried any of the recipes but I have made FOIL dinners on the BBQ before. EASY ! NO CLEAN UP! And you can even eat out of the foil if you want. Think what I made was a chicken tamale thing with crushed fritos on top. It was excellent. Try Reynold Wrap web site or any other brand foil for recipes.... enjoy!!!

Last year we made a carboard box oven and baked cupcakes and cakes almost every day. If you google cardboard box oven you will find the info. 9 pieces of charcoal makes it 350* Everyone thought it was so cool!! We learned it in girl scouts Here it is just before I took it out of the box
