NE Missouri, lots of fun things to do in the summer. Fall is beautiful.
We live on the bluffs, so really it is pretty year round. :)

England - May or June. In May we have the fresh green leaves and bluebells, and in June summer is here and all the ripening crops.

Well that would depend. The coast all year, even during storm season. Nothing more beautiful than the Oregon coast during a storm. Stay off the beaches though.
The valley, probably spring. Though it really has no good time of the year, unless you go up around Woodburn and the tulip festival.
Central and Eastern Oregon all year. It is beautiful all year round. It has great winter weather if your into winter sports and it is amazing for summer recreation.

The fall is the best time. Hurricanes, tornadoes, heat, torrential rain all gone for a short time. Big beautiful skies, Texas twang, and country music festivals as well as festivals celebrating every thing from wild hogs to the fire ant. Y'all come.

South Dakota: Just considering the weather, I would say June or September. The hot weather hasn't set in yet in June and it has started to cool off in September. But if you are going to the Black Hills, be aware that a lot of tourist places close after Labor Day. There is still plenty to see and do in September. Summer in the Hills is OK because it is high enough to cool off at night and the heat is not excruciating. There are more events happening in the state in the summer - powwows, festivals, car shows, rodeos, etc.

Depends why you come-Michigan has outdoor activities for every season, the Great Lakes are fantastic for swimming, boating, fishing. . .lots of wilderness for camping. Great snowmobile paths, etc., etc. We also have some great museums (Henry Ford, etc). But-the winter can be brutally cold. . .and right now, the summer is brutally warm!

I agree Spring and Fall in Tennessee are both beautiful.

Hawaii is good any season of the year. But I usually recommend February just because we have a little more rain with nice temperatures.

Ohio in the spring or the fall. And I would direct them to southeast Ohio which is the foothills of the Appalachians and is lovely every season of the year. But fall is cool, colorful, and relaxed and spring is warm and beautiful.
