Will check out the dollar stores in my area, don't know which one is a dollar tree. I'll be looking for BC steak knives. About 10 years ago I bought a set of BC steak knives at the supermarket for about $10 and I loved them, they stayed so sharp and were my favorite cutting knives. Only have one left, the other 3 seemed to disappear over time - most likely when I had company for dinner or BBQ's and everyone 'helped' me clean up. I've bought more expensive steak knives but none are as sharp as those BC ones were.
