We have tinted windows and the same problem, not only flying into the windows but sitting on the ledge and talking to the so called bird it's looking at!

We have on bird that almost every day flies into our bedroom window. Almost constantly over and over and over and over to the point that I get mad and just get out of bed.

Us too. They just fly into our storm door and bounce off, but not so much when we keep the front door closed. I just can't stand a dark house, though, so when it's not too hot outside, we'll have the front door open.

I, after years of waiting, finally had an Oriole come to my feeder for a few days. Yesterday he had a "fight" with his reflection in the window which was cute. Then he landed on the AC outside the window and continued to "talk" to the bird he could see in his reflection. My cat scared him away when she jumped at the window and I haven't seen him since. I wonder if he'll come back, bad cat

I have a big picture window in the living room. Straight across into the kitchen/dining area are sliding glass patio doors. Birds thought they could go straight through until I put up sheer curtains in the livingroom. We have not had any more bids flying into the window.
