I wore bird poop to my Senior Prom! Damn thing had eaten blueberries, too. Luckily, we were leaving a friends house, turned around and went back and his Mom was able to get the blueberry poop off of my pastel pink dress.
When I told my Aunt about it, she told me that a bird pooping on you is GOOD luck!
I have had a pretty good life, so I guess she was right!

Glad you didn't have the problem we had just 3 or 4 years ago here. A bunch of Buzzards decided to take up sleeping quarters near our college, and would come in at dusk, leave reluctantly after sun up. Try to imagine a cup of oatmeal mixed with a little charcoal, and some other solid thingeys, all of the splattered over sidewalks and cars and anyone dumb enough to stand still and watch the pretty birds flying low at evening time!~ The town tried loud noises and lots of other things before they finally took off for other nighttime roosts.
Pigeons we have and now the folks near the college don't gripe so much about them.
