When I got home looked up the Culinary schools near my home and signed up to go speak with them.

Thursday is my first appointment with one of the schools and i am excited. The other school is much harder to get into but want to try.

I love to cook, eat foods from other countries and experiment. I need to return to work but this time I want a different job that before. Ii use to be an Adult Probation Officer and that is not for me anymore.

Hope I am accepted and like it!!!!!

I am so proud of you! My son went to Texas Culinary Academy in Austin several years ago and is doing well....However, there are some things to know before you sign on the dotted line with some of these schools. If you would like to talk, pm me and we'll chat. Good luck!
