Good luck! I too love to cook, but wouldn't want to make my living that way. My DDIL thinks I should start a catering business, buy I'd rather do it for love than money.

What ever you decide on I'm sure you will do well at.

Going from an Adult Probation Officer to a Chef will sure be a welcome change I'm sure! Happy clients for a change!
