My dh and I went over the weekend and I made a B-line for the quilting section only to find not 1 quilting book in the shelf. I'm guessing all the other quilters out there beat me to the punch or members of guilds purchased them for their libraries. Looked for the Maria Bostwick books and they were gone as well. We walked out empty handed. Don't think we will go back. Hope some of you have had better luck than we had.

I went to Border's today to check out the sale. Books were 10% to 20% off, which I don't think is such a bargain, and magazines were 40% off. I can get a better price for books on Amazon, but I did stock up on quilting magazines.
